International Pure Water warrants to the consumer that its INTERNATIONAL PURE WATER FILTRATION PITCHER/DISPENSER and INTERNATIONAL PURE WATER FAUCET MOUNT WATER FILTRATION SYSTEMS, when used strictly in accordance with instructions within the warranty period, have the effects on municipally treated, potable tap water described in the Performance Data Sheet available at [company website or link].

For INTERNATIONAL PURE WATER FILTRATION PITCHERS/DISPENSERS, this warranty period is NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase). For INTERNATIONAL PURE WATER FAUCET MOUNT WATER FILTRATION SYSTEMS, this warranty period is ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase).

During the warranty period, if you discover that any parts of the pitcher, dispenser, or faucet mount system are damaged or broken—whether due to manufacturing, shipping, or accidents while in use—we will replace the parts free of charge if you call [customer service number]. This warranty is not transferable.

Because International Pure Water cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from International Pure Water or an International Pure Water authorized seller in the U.S. or Canada, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Unauthorized sellers may include, without limitation, third-party sellers on Amazon or other online marketplaces. International Pure Water reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

To the extent permitted by local law, this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY PRECLUDES ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, OR DEALER, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions, including Quebec and Saskatchewan, do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
